“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The trouble-makers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules, and they have no respect for the status-quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify, or vilify them. But the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do,” Steve Jobs.

It takes a little craziness to be a high performer. To strive for greatness. To repeatedly fail, try something else, fail again, and keep at it.

They have to put themselves out there. They’re criticized, looked down upon, questioned, and often misunderstood.

Why?

Because what people can’t understand or fall in line with is considered crazy. They don’t belong. They don’t fit. They will only ever understand average.

But that’s what makes that high performer an outlier in the long run.

Seeing something that no one else sees and then having the ambition to pull it off.

It’s game-changing. It’s crazy…

What’s something in your life that you’re crazy about?
